The course will also provide residential and commercial maintenance personnel with the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows and contamination such as mould.

The exam for this course will be conducted online, and administered by a third-party IICRC approved provider. Instructions for exam registration will be provided in the course registration email. A USD$65 exam fee is payable to IICRC.
